Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the 44300 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. 44300 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts suspected of violating this requirement while an investigation is conducted.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 44300 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or warranties relating to the same subject matter.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, including your phone number, email address, and bank details used for withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 44300 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately. You are strongly advised to use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the 44300 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times:
- Not using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Not attempting to disrupt, damage, or impair the platform's functionality through the use of malicious software, denial-of-service attacks, or any other unauthorised technical means.
- Not using any automation software, bots, or AI-assisted systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
- Not sharing your account credentials with anyone or allowing others to use your account.
- Not taking any action that could compromise the integrity of games or betting on this platform.
- Complying with all betting limits set by the platform and not attempting to circumvent those limits through unauthorised means.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and in serious cases, legal action may be taken against the responsible user.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 44300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Our platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including bank transfers through FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Each payment method is subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may change from time to time.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the 44300 account. Withdrawal requests using a different payment method from the one used for the deposit may be subject to additional verification requirements. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days.
44300 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing while identity verification or security checks are being carried out. Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
44300 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Fraud — Any evidence or reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Breach of Terms — Failure to comply with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including registering multiple accounts or using bots.
- False Information — Providing inaccurate registration details, including false names, incorrect dates of birth, or invalid banking information.
- User Requests — At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.
If an account is closed for reasons not involving a breach by the user, any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method once the verification process is complete. Conversely, if closure is due to a breach of terms, 44300 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 44300 platform is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, free from errors, or fully secure. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 44300 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
All content on the 44300 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of 44300 or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites that are outside our control. The inclusion of such links does not imply that 44300 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those websites. We encourage users to review the privacy policy of every website they visit.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
44300 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.
Your continued use of the 44300 platform after any updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and, if necessary, through the appropriate legal process under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
